I talked to the 18 year old last night and got some great motherfuckin? news. All week she?d been planning on me meeting her parents for dinner this Sunday night. I was of course agreeing and saying that I?d be there and shit, but quietly I was falling to fucking pieces. I don?t care what you guys think, oh my brothers, I?m terrified of sitting down to dinner with these people. This shit can go either way? Maybe they?ll be cool and hip about the whole thing, or like I said the other day, maybe her dad might stab me with a fucking fork.
The plan had been to meet them this Sunday, but yesterday something came up with her father?s work ? he?s in real estate, some type of broker for industrial properties ? which will require him to be in San Diego for the weekend. Great. Great. Motherfuck that?s great, I thought to myself. His wife is going with him, and apparently this man is typically pretty busy. He?s done well for himself from what the 18 year old tells me, but she?s a bit spoiled and doesn?t really know all that much about his business dealings. She goes to school and works, and drives a year old Honda Civic. I?m guessing they?re the type of family who has a little money, but doesn?t blow it all on ridiculous shit or living beyond their means. Which probably means they?re nice good people, who any week now will meet the 29 year old who?s fucking their daughter, who a year ago was a senior in high school.
Ah god I?m gonna burn in hell? Especially for this: since her parents are leaving for San Diego tonight the 18 year old wants me to spend the weekend at her house. I?ve never once picked her up from there. In the beginning she?d meet me places, and as things progressed she?d just drive to my apartment. She knows better than to have some older dude stopping by her house, but now that she?s totally falling for me she wants us to be like a normal couple.
